About Me

I am a BACP registered integrative therapist with experience of working with a range of issues including anxiety, self-esteem, bereavement, intrusive thoughts, childhood trauma and difficulties in every-day relationships.

Qualifications: I have a Master’s Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (Middlesex University) and was awarded a distinction for my dissertation research, Everything, Everything Changes, that explores the lived experience of the death of a sibling in adulthood. I have an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (The Minster Centre).

I am a registered member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Therapy) and work in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework.

Experience: As well as my private practice, I am a therapist at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance in South London. I have been working with students there since 2019. I have also worked at Enfield and Barnet Mind’s Covid Bereavement Service and at MCPCS, the Minster Centre’s Psychotherapy and Counselling Service.

Before becoming a therapist: I worked in theatre and community arts for 25 years. I also co-founded Fun Palaces a campaign that celebrates the creativity in everyone. Supporting the self-confidence and creativity of individuals is also important to my work as a therapist.
